Pricing
Time
First hour: $580.oo, each additional 15 minutes: $80.oo
Any delay or intermission will be charged at the listed rate. For example, if we play a 30 minute section and wait 30 minutes until the next section, we will charge for the time spent waiting.
Travel Costs
Free of charge within Hampton Roads, $4.oo per travelled mile further than 35 miles from the center of Chesapeake.
Contracts & Additional Info
We accept cash, checks, or ACH bank transfers.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the contract. The total cost should be paid by the end of the event, and the deposit will be subtracted from the total.
Cancellation must be made by phone call 5 days prior to the contracted event. If cancellation is made within 24 hours, we regrettably charge 50% of the total cost of performing (excluding travel cost and deposit).
We accept requests such as attire and specific songs, and will ensure they are fulfilled to the best of our ability in advance. This includes preparing an arrangement for a song you would like to be played.
First requested song is free of charge, from 2nd song $20/song.
Please let us know about any requests as soon as possible once you confirm your contract.
Outdoor events are acceptable, but please prepare a shaded area for the entire group in order to ensure the safety of our instruments.
